Take notice that as of June 2nd, 2026, starting at 9:00 AM (MDT), located at 7050 S 1300 W West Jordan, UT 84084, will be accepting applications for 2-bedroom apartments. Only households who meet the guidelines pursuant to the Section 8 Housing Assistance Program based on eligibility, family composition, and income limits will be accepted.

Occupancy standards also apply as follows:

Applications will be available for completion between the hours of 9:00 AM (MDT) on 06/02/2026, through 08/04/2026 at 4:01 PM (MDT).

Applications will be available in the following ways:
1. Online at
www.heartlandmountainview.com 
OR
2. 
In-Person at the Heartland Mountainview Apartments Office at 7050 S 1300 W West Jordan, UT 84084, beginning June 2nd, 2026, TUESDAYS ONLY from 9 AM to 4 PM (MDT).

**Management will accept up to 35 applications. Once the application threshold is met (i.e. 35 applications), the waiting list will close immediately or will close on August 4th, 2026, at 4:01 PM (MDT), whichever occurs first.

All applications will be processed in the order that the applications are completed, signed and furnished to management. Please take note, applications must be received prior to the waiting list closing on 08/04/2026 at 4:01 PM.

Once the application is completed, the application may be submitted to the management office for review and waitlist placement, if eligible.

On August 4th, 2026, at 4:01 PM, the 2 bedroom waiting list/s will be closed again until further notice.

Please note: Our community offers 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom homes ONLY. Occupancy Standards are two (2) persons per bedroom minimum unless there are extenuating circumstances which may apply. Please contact the Office for more information.
